1. Agreement Overview

By accessing the OneWay Technologies website (onewaytech.in), requesting a quote, or engaging our engineering team for software development, website creation, or digital consulting services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein.

2. Project Estimates & Custom Quotes

All baseline pricing displayed on this website (“Starting from ₹5,000”, etc.) represents entry-level estimates for minimal feature sets. Binding project agreements, specific deliverables, schedules, and final financial obligations are defined strictly through written milestone proposals agreed upon prior to project initiation.

3. Source Code & Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full payment of all agreed milestone invoices, the client receives 100% intellectual property ownership of the custom code, database structures, UI templates, and assets specifically developed for their project. OneWay Technologies retains no proprietary licensing claims over your custom business software.

4. Milestone Sign-offs & Payments

Projects are executed in structured milestone stages (e.g. Discovery, Prototype, Staging, Production). Completion of each milestone requires mutual client review. Invoices are due in accordance with the terms specified on the issued invoice (typically within 7 to 14 days).

5. Post-Launch Warranty & Support

OneWay Technologies provides 30 calendar days of complimentary technical support following initial production deployment, covering any bug fixes or defects departing from the agreed specification. Ongoing feature modifications or server maintenance require a separate service retainer.
